1. Core Technical Specifications
Our alloy cored wires are manufactured with strict quality control to meet international foundry standards:
* Core Wire Diameter: \Phi 13 \pm 0.8 mm.
* Steel Sheet Thickness: 0.4 \pm 0.05 mm.
* Packaging: Available in ton bags with a protective plastic film outer layer to prevent moisture and oxidation.

2. Specialized Product Series
We offer three primary types of cored wires to suit different metallurgical needs:
* Spheroidized Line (LQ Series): Contains Magnesium (Mg) levels ranging from 18% to 32%, with RE (2-3%) and Ca (2-3%) for efficient nodulization in ductile iron.
* Inoculant Wire (LY Series): Features Barium (Ba) content (4-11%) and Silicon (Si) to refine graphite flakes and prevent chill.
* Vermiculating Wire (LR-1): Specifically designed with Mg (7-9%) and high Rare Earth (RE) content (12-16%) for vermicular graphite iron production.
3. Key Control Points for Application
To achieve the highest absorption rate of Magnesium (Mg) and ensure stable spheroidization, the following factors must be managed:
* Feeding Speed: The speed must be adjusted so that the core wire just melts near the bottom of the ladle (approx. 100mm from the base). Feeding too fast or too slow can cause the reaction to occur on the surface, leading to low absorption and potential failure.
* Ladle Geometry: For optimal results, the molten iron ladle should have a height-to-diameter ratio (H/D) \ge 1.8.
* Safety Margin: The iron liquid level should be at least 400mm below the top of the ladle to avoid strong reactions and splashing during high magnesium treatment.
